Allyson Felix

Allyson Michel Felix was born on the 18th of November 1985 in Los Angeles. Paul Felix served as an ordained minister in Sun Valley at Master's Seminary. Marlean Felix taught at Balboa Magnet. Felix was aware that she had an aptitude for running when attending Los Angeles Baptist High School. After a few weeks of the first time she tried out, she was ranked 2nd in the 200m race at the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championship. In 2003, Felix graduated from high school and signed a professional deal with the company that makes sports Adidas prior to matriculating in the University of Southern California where she completed her elementary education. Felix received her first Olympic award at 2004's Summer Olympics In Athens Greece. Felix ran 200m in 22.18s which set an all-time junior world record. She became the youngest world winner in the 200m at the Helsinki World Championships and defended her title again in 2007 by beating her time-tested Jamaican competitor Veronica Campbell. Felix took part in Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo and has consistently ranked in the top three of athletes at her particular events.
